All the Supplements I Need

Im going off to Australia soon and im going to buy a lot of supplements from here to aid me in my trip. Im going to be working there so im being lent the money to buy whatever i need. Currently im at 180-185 6ft1 and im going to be working out hard this summer so i can come back to school looking more solid then when i left.

What should i get supplement wise for 3.5 months. My goals are to get to 200-205 then lean down a bit. I was thinking of getting Flameout, Creatine, Metabolic Drive, Grow! Whey, Surge, and Power Drive. any suggestions?

I realize diet is the most important aspect to increasing gains and when i get there i will be cooking and buying my own food so my diet is good to go, i just want help as to what to get to aid and assist in my 3.5month of working out hard so i can get the most out of my summer transformation.

If you can afford all that stuff, I’d throw in ZMA and Vitamin C. A great diet will beat it all though.

Will the ZMA mess up my natural Testosterone levels, im currently 19.

No. The zinc and magnesium are actually required for your natural testosterone to work. Low zinc levels especially can lead to poor androgen functioning even in the face of seemingly normal circulating hormone levels.

The receptor proteins that bind to the DNA actually contain zinc atoms which coordinate the physical binding to the DNA, hence they are called zinc finger proteins.

hey just letting you know that you can buy all that stuff here! you dont have to buy it there?
where in aus are u comming to as well?

Oh Hell no. You didnt just say ZMA messes you up did you?

You are Prolly Lacking in Zinc and Magnesium.

And most Vitamins Combine ZINC with Calcium. And they know Calcium inhibits Absorption.

Just like Protein Inhibits Calcium Absorptions.

Im going to Sydney and more specifically bondi beach area. I ended up not buying the ZMA, o well i get it in aus.

Add in Superfood in case you can’t get your vegetable and fruit requirements from whole food on your trip. Those nutrients and PH balance are very important to getting and keeping gains.

D

Superfood! For sure, imo that is their second best product.

First one being their micellar containing protein.

If I had to stock up using only Biotest products: Metabolic Drive, Superfood and Flameout

I am a 48 year old, 6 foot, 186 lb man who has been training on and off for years. Three months ago, after a 3 month break, I started working out again. I am taking MT-1 (in cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 1/2 off) and nitric oxide formula (No Fury) pre workout and whey protein shakes just after completing the cardio at the end of my workout. I train 3 - 4 times per week for 1 and 1/2 hrs each time. I would like to get my weight up to about 195 and am wondering if there are any other (or better) supplements that can help me get there. I am curious to know if there are certain supplements recommended especially for the middle-aged man approaching 50.

Any words of advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Alpha Male i would guess.

just don’t get your Metabolic Drive in Australia unless you have no choice. They were charging around $80 Australian per container in Melbourne! This was only a few months ago too.

FOOD, weight gain = food. No magic pill. Supplement can help, but food should be your only concern and a quality protein the likes of Metabolic Drive.

Protein, ZMA (as discussed). And drop the NO booster. waste of money.

Ps: you should probably have your Dr. check your test levels next time you go in for a check-up. couldn’t hurt.
