Im going off to Australia soon and im going to buy a lot of supplements from here to aid me in my trip. Im going to be working there so im being lent the money to buy whatever i need. Currently im at 180-185 6ft1 and im going to be working out hard this summer so i can come back to school looking more solid then when i left.
What should i get supplement wise for 3.5 months. My goals are to get to 200-205 then lean down a bit. I was thinking of getting Flameout, Creatine, Metabolic Drive, Grow! Whey, Surge, and Power Drive. any suggestions?

I am a 48 year old, 6 foot, 186 lb man who has been training on and off for years. Three months ago, after a 3 month break, I started working out again. I am taking MT-1 (in cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 1/2 off) and nitric oxide formula (No Fury) pre workout and whey protein shakes just after completing the cardio at the end of my workout. I train 3 - 4 times per week for 1 and 1/2 hrs each time. I would like to get my weight up to about 195 and am wondering if there are any other (or better) supplements that can help me get there. I am curious to know if there are certain supplements recommended especially for the middle-aged man approaching 50.

just don’t get your Metabolic Drive in Australia unless you have no choice. They were charging around $80 Australian per container in Melbourne! This was only a few months ago too.

FOOD, weight gain = food. No magic pill. Supplement can help, but food should be your only concern and a quality protein the likes of Metabolic Drive.

Protein, ZMA (as discussed). And drop the NO booster. waste of money.
Ps: you should probably have your Dr. check your test levels next time you go in for a check-up. couldn’t hurt.
