lol Up your not losing your mind! Your just a person who is chasing perfection in hopes of catching excellence! So you are just really critical, but doing awesome! I’d say pretty amazing.

yea the smaller plates let me get more range for my pull, not my strongest day but gave it my best “pull”.Thanks! Used Frishers idea with the db, German probably would have suggested doing it a headstand or something like that “you can do it” hahaha
I just might have :). Hope your not to sore today. Looking forward to making some adjustments this next week!
nice pulling- and your shoulders really pop in that last vid.
I think I use the shoes for most stuff even pulling
squats, cleans Olifts push press, and yes I have been pulling with them.
what ever is going on with my ankle, knee is def foot related
so I like the stability.
the olifter I train with a lil bit at my gym wears ristos’( another brand)
with a hard insole pretty much all the time
Still using just your hands for those tbars, huh?
Try a dish towel or an old t-shirt next time!
Nice pulls again. You’re growing a nice set of guns.

MIM its a good thing you Are so cute with the freckles AND push through training with all the crap in your deck of cards…or id hafta smack you in the bottom for not watching closely ![]()
first vid shows the DB im using now ![]()
KMC well i tend to pitch forward now and then on some DLs etc so probably why he says for me not to wear for that. I do love the hard sole best, i switched out for the lower soft for a few things that seemed to be perfect too.

I want them pumped up looking with them being , well pumped up haha
ok that just didnt come out right ha! to “look” pumped up without having to actually pump them up. Geeze ok
Started my day with an hour spin class
then: hang clean/push press i didnt use much leg drive. 5x3 warm up
bench 55/8 65/8 75 2x8 ----> dont think i wasnt looking to be sure the side rails were there
incline 65 2x8 1x7 thought i had that 8 --nope
DB shoulder press 15s 12, 20s 8,9,7 ? vid what ever that was lol
circuit ghetto rows 45,50,50 12,9,8
db curls together 15s 12,12,12
bench dip plate in lap 3x8?
combo
db row 35 9,9,8 hard to hold a 25 and 10 need the heavier dbs
lat raise 10s 10,10,10
oops just realized forgot tri ext :0
K I really didnt take much rest between benching, by the time i hit shoulders wow, i wasnt really “tired” not sure why i say that, i guess im feeling a good wo not a tired feeling.
I woke up e-a-r-l-y and just went with it, ate blah blah. Was kinda excited to go spinning.
I guess i cant complain about my quads not growing if i dont try everything. I found my spin shoes (still smelled new) so im guessing about 5 yrs ago had 3 classes? I am not very good at cardio and spin is like incredibly challenging for me. Im very competitive so even though i know take it easy first class in long time its hard to dial it back. BUT lucky for me- my lack of quad and lung capacity helped me pull back haha Id like to keep in at least a day of spinning and sprints/running or 2 days spin and see what happens. Plus Im getting a bit winded on the heavier lifts.
Joining this gym will give me that leg day for the leg press and stuff im missing and was working. But most of my training will still be at home. I will have my quads growing if it kills me!
I need some more training clothes…
Dont mind my “rag-muffin” self ![]()

Great work today. Nice on watching the rest int. Remember once you adapt to the higher reps and short rest and we drop to lower reps and little longer reps how your strength increased! Just repeating the cycle with some tweaks so to speak.
The tiny pink dumbbell with the hardcore Tbar row, is just a delicious juxtaposition.
I take spin classes too! Shhh…
You call it “rag muffin”, I call it no-nonsense hard work. Great stuff as usual.
The video reminds me a little bit of Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2.
G yea it wasnt too bad. I felt the shoulder work really quick not resting much between bench.
Bring it on ![]()
PG haha you like the v-handle
it works, actually its kind of cool how you have to really pull “equal” cause if one arm “tries” to take more of the load the db tilts and it is a pita so yea balance! AHHH wish you were in my class!! I am hoping to meet a couple friends? thats about as close to a cardio hopper that i can get.
joe thanks- I think, ha I have gotten over the fact i make all kinds of faces. I need to growl more. You still doing the “battles”, ill have to get to your log and see if you posted any…

NO DOUBT!!! JoeGood call.
Wow, tough work. I’m starting to get the feeling that “avoid getting big, ugly, manlike muscles” is going down your list of priorities.

I wouldn’t have thought to use a db.

Hey girlie, awesome work as always! I LOVE spin class - i’m a cardio bunny at heart and I DON’T CARE! hahah!
And nice work on those seated presses! Have you tried kicking up the weights with your knees? I do that on my DB pressing (shoulder and bench) when it gets too heavy, one because if I strain to get them up I inevitably F up my shoulders and 2 because it saves a little bit of gas for the actual pressing. lol!
Its weird, but I find getting the weights up the hardest part - once I get the weights up I can rep out pretty easy. I’ve heard this is chick thing, something about muscle fibers…who knows! I may just have weak shoulders.
Keep at it!
wait, on second thought, I was just looking up some stuff and I honestly don’t think we should be doing shoulder presses with weights that are so heavy that you’d have to kick them up…hm…sorry! don’t want to give you wrong info. I have the bad habit of wanting to rep weights that are too heavy for the muscles that I mean to hit! Don’t be me!! I’m always hurting myself.
carry on with yo bad self!

Its not a problem with the cardio bunnies its the fact I can NOT keep up with the them, drives me nuts. If I can stick with it I will no doubt.
Yea I actually do kick them up when they are heavier but that was just 20s, the 30s are kinda funny when i have to bench them, not so much the getting them up, but the sitting back up with them. I got away from the pressing but they did me good so they are getting worked back in.
