The crazy thing is i thought i was just meant to be skinny, but ALWAYS was drawn to the girl that is much thicker/bigger. i know I have to go with what my body will do, im cool with that but im hoping for another 5 lbs.

Legs Squat 45/10 55/8 70/5 85/95/85x5 —> so balled up reps do not do well when someone talks to me, pulls me out of my zone and I usually watch myself doing the next lift while i rest, which cant happen.

Good mornings 45/8 80/3x6 2-3 min rest

leg press sq stance 160/5 180/5 190/5 160/10 2-3 min rest

single leg bulg sq back leg up 3x6-0 20s —> so go down hold for 6 count up, back down count 5 up etc —burn baby burn wow 2 min rest

combo 2 min rest
lunge in place 30/3x5
leg curls 60/3x6
back ext 25/3x6

yesterdays training

warm up

Bench press 45/10 55/8 65/6 75/3x6 3 min rest—> felt so good!

DB incline 3x12-0 20s so hold 12 count at bottom up, 11 count, etc last set of these i got to 8 i had to adjust my big girl panties killed.

DB sh press the plan had much bigger hopes then what actually happened lol was 20/8 25/6 30/4 20/10 but that was NOT gonna happen db incline 12 count had me burned out…so i did 20/8 20/6 20/6 20/8 and it wasnt easy

Deads 95x5 115x5 135 1x5 (or one 6 forget) have vid ill have to get up.
had to remember feet into floor, lost my arch a little on the pull, tried to keep slack outa arms.

leg press close stance 130/5 150/5 170/2x5

leg press(pause at bottom) 160/5 180/2x5

walking lunge (love these) 30s 4x5 each leg

RDL 125 1x6 130 1x5, 2x6 lost a bit of arch on up but not bad at all.

combo:
split sq back leg up 3x6count hold 6 at bottom, 5, 4,3 ,2,1 at this point im spent and i just dug it in and ground it out, burn

leg curl 60 3x8

back ext 20behind head 3x6 —> back was cooked, lotsa grunting going on with these

some whimpering, and much sound effects getting through this.

Your form is pretty dam good compared to most. It’s good to be able to go through frame by frame and look at things. Great learning experience for both of us. Amazing how just a little tweak or que can make a difference isn’t it. Like the push the feet into the floor.

Incline felt like I found the line better than normal today
45/8 55/8 60/5 65/5 70/5 75/3 failed on 4, 70/5 —> my head keeps getting in the way so i added the 70 and maybe it tired me out too much…G we need to talk on this stuff
