Really good in life in general thanks for checking though. The programs hard, but I wouldn’t want it any other way, I’m tired and struggling to eat, the chips were a mistake today and might ironically end up in an weight loss because I felt sick the whole day so eating has been down.
It’s a relentless battle with this program, to recover enough (being a few days out of sync doesn’t help but that’s life!), The trainings hard eating enough to gain is significantly harder because of the duration, eating big for a day or two is no problem, and I can happily eat 3.5k of food for years on end, but 5k isn’t pleasant and if it is you’re probably eating the wrong things!
Just do a rep less every workout ez recovery gains

Busy day, didn’t get to training, tomorrow will have to do. Eating wasn’t great so just finished my night with 2 fish finger sandwiches and a protein shake made with 1000 cals worth of double cream!
Same for me. I set my alarm for 0520 to get up and train before work. The problem was that it was leg day and I don’t like loading my spine right after I roll out of bed. I woke up at 1 something to use the bathroom and convinced myself that spinal loading was a bad idea and deadlifts would be too noisy at 0600 so I called it off. Saturday seems like a good day for a leg session.
Haha definitely feel you there, I would always do the same, I haven’t done deads or squats first thing for years.

I always drink protein shakes with the fattest milk product I can get simply because it makes it taste way better (I have never even tried with water, that must be gross)…I can only imagine what double cream would do for it.

Gaining weight sucks so much, I feel like a slug. Ate a large meal and left it about 90 mins but it wasn’t long enough. That session took 90 mins and should be an easy 60 mins, didn’t time rest, probably would have vomitted if I did.
I don’t feel any bigger, but I’m constantly full and feel sick. I’m slower at cardio and feel rough with lifting and cardio and I dont feel any stronger.
Anyway that’s moaning done for the day, crappy thing to moan about, first world “problem”. Can’t imagine how people get fat by accident (kind of rhetorical - I know I’m blessed with high metabolism and decent genetics for staying lean).

It’s pretty decent last night was 200ml double cream 200ml water and 60g whey (30g unflavoured 30g choc mint), it’s not unpleasant but isn’t always easy to drink.
Ironically I only use water (ironic because I’m now using cream instead)- I don’t get on with milk (it said something offensive about my mother). I like it, easy to knock back quick. When I could drink milk I mixed it up, usually milk and whey before bed water any other time.
It is. Don’t do it. Most brands of whey don’t even mix properly in water, although casein in water is ok.
Try it one day, it’s fun.
Seriously though, I find it hard to imagine struggling to put on weight. Muscle is difficult, weight is really, really, really easy
