Cottage pie is good clean food, no dramas there. Absolutely delicious as well, I should eat it more.
Yup and it was turkey mince so lean!

Fuck turkey mince. I mix some in with lean beef occasionally for chilli or whatever, but cottage pie has to be beef for me. And with a nice thick Bisto gravy, nice fluffy mash and a slightly cheesy crust on top.
Haha turkey mince is inoffensive to me, and cheaper than lean beef. Cheese is normally a half block covering in mine but went cheese free tonight, with you on the fluffy mash and gravy (not worried to much about brand though)
Is it? I’ll have to check it out. Last time I looked, it was significantly more expensive, but definitely something to look out for. I think my meat eating habits definitely wear on my better half, especially when I spend more on food for me than on the entire rest of the family combined.
Aldi 7% turkey 500g £1.79. I generally cook for everyone - I just use 2 packs of mince at a time.
Also this conversation makes me realise the main variable that determines if I’m bulking or cutting is cheese. Every time I cut I drop fat as macro and that’s pretty much cheese and butter. (Ignoring my current pudding binge).
Melted cheese is pretty much a major food group in it’s own right.
Oh for sure, going to have to up my cheese game - weighed in this morning at 14.9 - 205lbs (started DH on 14.10 - 206lbs) turns out you can out train a crappy diet just need to run dark horse (I imagine DW will also do a similar job).
Will focus of decent food for the rest of program…after breakfast.
By decent food, do you mean tasty food or…
I forget how tall you are, am I right in thinking you’re the only other properly sized (6 foot) guy on here?
6’2 - a giant amongst a forum of manlets (although I think @Frank_C beats me).
By decent I mean better for my body, both performance and health.
There’s a few on here well over 6 foot, and quite a few well under. Doesn’t seem to be many in the middle that I’m aware of.
Yeah, I should probably get that sorted too.
6’5" and @flappinit is right behind my at 6’4".
Man that’s just greedy, 6’2 is plenty!
Hate to be on the otherwise of a 6’5 230lb officer!
Someone saw me on the news a couple Sundays ago. I was at a Black Unity gathering. My goal is to look imposing so no one messes with me. I’m on the left…with the mohawk.

Haha you 100% succeeded, careful or you’ll end up a meme!
Great tactic though, look imposing enough that you’ll minimise the need to use force.
There’s definitely something a bit Bane about you in this picture.
I genuinely don’t understand how people wear those masks all day. I had to wear one for 20mins while I had my hair cut the other day and fealt like killing someone by the end.
They are the dumbest thing I’ve ever used. If it can’t filter the smell of a fart, then how can it stop a virus?
Haha that’s the best science ever, love it. They’re bringing in mandatory face masks in shops as of 24th July in UK, which I’m not looking forward to, why now when it wasn’t mandatory during our peak…country run by idiots.
I assume it’s a step towards removing the 2m “rule”. I certainly hope so, anyway.
It’s 1m+ already! (I.e. 1m but more is better, aka muddiest guidance ever, well done Boris, you jerk).
Is it? I stopped keeping up to be honest. I do what my company wants me to do and try to do it with a smile in my face.
It’s well outside my area of control or knowledge so I just let it be whatever it’s going to be.
