I would definitely eat that. But definitely not for breakfast

12 eggs a day is HARD. The chilli changes the taste and consistency enough so that you’re not dreading it. And youre a large chunk into you’re daily requirement early doors.

I would eat that for sure. I have been eating chilli for 2-3 meals a day for more than 2 years now !!

The eggs side of the diet wouldn’t be a problem for me I eat 6 a day for lunch most days, I’m sure squeezing in another 6 wouldn’t be a problem - it’s the 1.5lb ground beef that I can’t get on board with, not that I don’t like ground beef but most with heavy carb meals lasagna (tonight’s meal, excited), shepherds pie, spag bol, chilli (gotta be with cheese and wrapped up in a tortilla or at least over a jacket potato with cheese). Eating that much beef alongside those meals alongside 12 eggs there is my problem!

I can smash that in a meal. Not easily, but give it 30mins and some garlic bread I’d eat 700 grams of beef mince.

Also - this is why I’m fat. Because some galic bread means a whole load.

Haha with you there!

My little boy is 8 and sharted a few weeks back. He was really embarrassed.

So I shared with him my long history of: “Shouldnt have trusted that one”.
Everytime I fart around him now he asks me of I need to go to the bath room. He thinks I’m incontinent.

I have also been known to make up more garlic butter and spread it on before cooking AND dip the over garlicky loaf into olive oil during the meal.

That’s it mate. 2kg of beef makes enough chilli for 10 meals (200g of beef per meal) and takes me about 20 mins cook. I then cook my rice and let the chilli cook a little longer to develop some flavour whilst the rice is cooking. Very easy to do and very easy to eat.
My boy 7 also has the odd shart and loves me telling stories of the times I have shit myself!!

Conditioning

Easier work again, really mindful of not needing to annihilate myself here after day 1 of this program. I’ve got full body doms so this session wasn’t fun.

Gs1
kB swing: 24kg X 3 X 9 sets
Deads: 60, 100, 120, 135 X 5, 152.5kg X 5 X 3 sets
Ab roll: 3 X 9 sets
Curls 20kg X 20 X 5 sets (started at top set deads)

Curls suck so so much. Ab rolls took it easy on ab doms is kick my derriere.

Breaks were plate changes only until top set then 3 mins.

Bo rows 60kg X 10 X 5 sets

Plate change rest until top set then 3 mins.

Took it easy on rows my backs not 100%.

That was horrible, again. I think building the Monolith needs a subtitle building the Monolith -breaking the man. Off to eat eggs.
