And pie and mash with liqueur gravy. Yummy.

It was perfect with only on topping (my number 1 rule for pizza) and then you just ruined it😉

I think this depends on where in the uk you lived and who your neighbours were. I had Great Indian, Sri Lankan, Italian, Portuguese and West Indian food When I lived in the UK. A diverse range of friends, family and neighbours really helps.

What is wrong with you? Haven’t you ever heard of meat lovers (no, that’s not a gay bar)?

True - and curry would fall under those because it’s technically not UK food, I just made an exception because of how prevalent it is, like how Italian food is a staple in NY so much that it is mentioned as part of NY cuisine. If we’re talking native UK dishes, puddings, pies, roasts, breakfasts, etc., it’s definitely more one-dimensional. Also, as a whole, diversity has skyrocketed in the UK.

It’s true that these cuisines are not known to be English per se. But the origins of lots of dishes date way back to places all over the globe. As you say pretty sure a lot of American food has its origins in other countries.

That really does sound like a bar you know too well. Sorry I’m still a one topping kinda guy. I am A bit odd when I eat a meal in that I like to eat one thing on my plate at a time. So for a roast dinner, I would eat all the peas, then all the carrots, then the greens, potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and meat last. My wife likes to mix a bit of each on her fork. She is weird!

No problems asking at all!

Been on 2.5 years. Biggest and most obvious symptom was libido, I’ve always had a very strong libido, so when it dropped off (substantially) it was hugely noticeable.

My mood was the other big thing, it was just flat and irritable which isn’t me. I’m not like one of those permanently happy guy upbeat people but I’m very easy going, happy 99% of the time and very contented with life so to feel flat (sometimes quite bleak or dark as well) was noticeable.

Tiredness, energy levels and mental clarity were also not great - but TRT hasn’t done much in this regard, unfortunately, but it absolutely has made a night and day difference to the main symptoms so definitely worth it.

@guineapig with regard to dose I’ve been on a a few protocols over the years lowest 95mg per week (test prop on EOD injections - not great) highest 170mg per week, that puts me at top end of range at trough and I’ve got low SHGB so makes my free test slightly over range. I don’t use AI or HCG.

Haha just noticed you said tren… That’s different, to replace your natural tren production you need at least 4g per week, anything less and your essentially going to waste away.

I’ll have Gregg D debunking my natty status in no time.

Pretty sure it’s you that’s weird, I don’t necessarily mix everything together but at least eat a bit from everything, not eating in some OCD order haha!

Also I live in one of the least diverse places in the UK which doesn’t help, although we’re a legally recognised minority…which is weird, given that we’re essential homogeneously white Brits.

I propose that him being weird and you being weird are not mutually exclusive.
