Great session, 80kg is equal PR, this was easier, there was a tiny bit of knee wiggle, but really not thinking that added anything, the second rep wasn’t there today…soon.
EMOMs were awesome. I went lower % (80 Vs 85) higher reps (3 Vs 2) and really got to feel the power and stability from my glutes. Locked in form that will mean good things moving forward, also they didn’t get to the point where there was any slowing down of reps, fast and smooth.
Finisher was good too, I have to do them half kneeling because of the ceiling, but all good - rapid.
