You missed my first post I think, I disagree with those laws.
What if he just made up out of thin air that you were molesting children just so he could sell advertising, and people started harassing and threatening you? You donāt think heād have some responsibility for that? Saying your fucking dead kid was an actor is so much worse. Fuck him.
So if someone starts telling people you are a child molester, youāll be cool with it?
No. He just said during this recent trial that the dead kids are, or were, real people but he still says there is a government cover up.
Is that what I said? Iāve had these discussions with you in the past, weāre just going to spin our wheels here.
You agree with the laws or not?
Maybe the old laws. ![]()
People say dumb things for money. Allowing this to happen can cause emotional harm, but the alternative is much worse.
He did this and apologized for years as well.
But that never happened, according to MSM.
He didnāt acknowledge the truth under he was being deposed in the lawsuit. Itās not like he went on air and apologized and told his listeners he had been wrong all along.
No, he literally did this numerous times on the Joe Rogan show alone.
I feel like calling someone a child molester is somehow different from calling someone an actor. I donāt think society places the two on the same levelā¦. Letās say I apply to be a teacher. Guy A convinces my potential employer than Iām an actor. Guy B convinces my potential employer that Iām a child molester. Given that both are untrue(and both Guy A and Guy B know), I think I would have a much better defamation case against Guy Bā¦and nothing against Guy Aā¦
Are you saying he apologized before the damage was done or after? If he apologized before then maybe heād be in a better situation, but he didnāt present his case.
If we all agree that actions have consequences then apologizing, depending on the situation, could be meaningless.
If they both resulted in the same damages then I doubt it matters whether you were accused of being an actor or child molester. The point is that a false statement was made and it resulted in some damages.
Sure. Do you think that likely?
No but not impossible.
After the lawsuits had been filed. I meant to say he didnāt do it on the air before then.
I donāt know if you have kids. I donāt know if you can grasp the pain those parents went through when they lost their kids. I canāt comprehend it. I wonāt even allow myself to try to empathize with them. I canāt imagine losing a kid. Then to have some piece of shit say I didnāt lose my kid, that it never happened, that my kid and I are part of some imaginary false flag operation. Then to have people threaten and harass me because of it. Thatās magnitudes worse than being called a child molestor.
How exactly do you see this working? I know you Canadians like to apologize for everything, but saying āsooreyā before you do anything wrong? Jeez
