Air Bike Question

Hi Coach,

I believe you mentioned the air bike being one of the better -if not the best- tool for cardio? Curious as to how you feel about it versus a vertical climber? I have the climber, and was curious as to if it would be redundant to purchase an air bike or if there’s significant differences between the two

I don’t really have experience with the climber so I cannot made a fair assessment.

However, the air bike is widespread and used a ton while the climber isn’t seen much anymore, that might say something.

BTW, I don’t think that I said that it was the best tool for “cardio”. I probably said that it’s one of the best tool for CONDITIONING. Which is different.

Cardio is typically used in reference to aerobic work. Personally, because of the resistance component, I think that the air bike is not suited for long duration aerobic work but is a great tool for more intense conditioning work
