I know this is a bit vague and a massive generalisation. But would use of an AI OFF-cycle (letro for example) cause up-regulation of the aromatase enzyme??

I cant really find any research papers with this finding but wondered if anyone with any more in-depth research or knowledge had a definitive answer

Thanks Westclock. I was assuming BR would have the answer somewhere. Obviously pretty important if you were planning to come off long term letro (or any AI) use
