Good job Diana. I’m glad you’re starting to feel better and get back in the groove. The 205 was super deep.
When did you finally fall asleep?
I dunno, but the fucking birds were singing and they keep me up, maybe 4?
It is really hard to get the right angle around that rack on camera, actually impossible. It’s set up in a little niche with stuff jammed all around it and there is no way to either place the camera or have some one film from the side. They all felt deep enough, but when I look at the vids it’s impossible to tell. I guess I have depth anxiety, LOL, I’ll have to trust my Jonathan for now.

Very impressive squatting.
Thanks Joe, I’m still getting back into it but I’m happy that I’m re-gaining what I lost fairly fast. Squatting suffered the most in the past 3 months, but I finally feel like I’m getting my groove back, just have to keep hammering away at them. The past few sessions have been the first ones I feel pretty damn good about since the beginning of April.
A little behind, busy weekend doing nothing of great importance LOL, lazy ass big time. I signed my lease on Saturday morning after training a client and then just let a world of decompression off my ass. Back to the grind, it’s Monday, got programs to do and training to post:
Friday night benching
Still chasing that damn 145, had it in March. I need a new shirt, this one is actually comfortable LOL. Really, I could wear it to work, if it was a fashion thing.
bar x a bunch
8x65
8x75
2x95x3 reps
shirt on
135
135 with commands
Note J checking his nail polish LOL, some girl put it on his thumbnail before we started, I think he likes the color.
175 eccentric only, J’s idea
145 fail, so much for his Idea
2x145x2 with 3 boards, I stall out right above mid range
140 fail dammit
95x3
75x8
65x10
Floor Press with 100lbs, 5 second hold at bottom
3x5
2x3 shoulder getting all pissy with me
Rowing, decline I guess you’d call it
5x75x10 reps
Also did a circuit Thursday night at work of 5x10 reps of close grip pull downs, push up with feet elevated on pull down bench and tricep rope pulls. I get it in where I can LOL.
…and yesterday was deads. I got greedy at the end and failed, lesson learned.
Had to drive out to Horizon Roc to buy some more chalk since I had no more left. It is an awesome indoor climbing center and I almost just stayed there to climb rather than train. If there is anyone out there reading this in Montreal who needs a climbing partner, PM me. I want to get into it again, fun fun stuff.
Oh yeah and my boss moved the platform and now it is crooked and the bar rolls down on one side, annoys me.
2x135x5 reps
1x155x5
2x185x3
2x205x2
2x225x2
255x0 would have been fine but I ripped a big chunk of skin off my finger mid pull, no blood but it made me lose my grip a bit
255x1
285x0 got greedy and lazy to load the bar to 275, I should have
225x3
135x10 LOL felt like feathers LOL
3x10 hanging leg raise
GMs with 115lbs 5x5
Tonight I will do some lunges or split squats, triceps and pull-ups
I like how the guy with the boards just drops them between your legs when you’re finished. Very classy. Is he retarded or something?
I noticed that there is a big wrinkle in the top of your shirt. It isn’t pulled down far/tight enough. If you had someone to properly seat it, you’d get a bit more out of it.
Julie, remember where I train and my neighbourhood LOL. I’m lucky to have someone to hold the dam things. Guy has never seen boards in his life.
It wasn’t jacked to well in that vid, but would not make a difference. arms are way too loose, I can get a pinky finger between material and bicep. New shirt end of August, this one has seen its days for me unless I get some meat back on.

I’d like to get some meat back on. On something anyway.
You can tighten the arms. After Ottawa, I will likely tighten the inner arm seams on my new F6. W.E.C. takes his gear to a local bondage shop to get altered. Apparently they do a great job and are familiar with the need for certain garments to be load bearing I’ve been able to do my own stuff so far.
