Just finishing up Indigo training, and gotta say it was probably the best training program I’ve ever run. Was hoping to get some guidance on what to do after Indigo, I was honestly thinking of just running it again and increasing %'s. But again, an extremely excellent program, I respond extremely well to all CT’s work.
Either do another phase of the Indigo Program or take a week off and then jump on another one of CT’s plans, he has tons of them. I am going to do the hypertrophy plan, take a deload, and then do his Bulgarian Training Simplified plan to shift the focus on strength.
FYI, this thread is from 2014. I hope the guy already figured out what to do after the program.

I hope so too. I thought maybe there was a chance he was still on the fence with some things.
