After 6 Wks of 20 Minute Muscle?

Hi,

I Made very very good Progress during the Last six Weeks of training to yout workout plan. Thanks for the workout.

After siy Weeks however, Progress is stalling having maxed out every movement. Can you recommend me another Set up with this wonderful Daily approach? Thanks!

Built for Bad might be good for a couple reasons;

  1. it lets you stick to the high frequency approach you seem to enjoy
  2. it’s dropping the taxing high rep sets which should allow you to continue putting weight on the bar for a while

You can simply switch to different variations of the same exercises… e.g. from conventional deadlifts to sumo deadlifts or to deadlift from a deficit; from bench press to floor press; from military press to behind the neck press or push press, etc.

Ok, I’ll continue with the variation. Thanks for a Simple yet effective workout.
