Hey guys.
I haven’t posted here for a looooong time so sorry if I’m a tad rusty.
Firstly, a bit about myself.
Stats
Age:20
Height: 5 ft 7
Weight: 79Kgs
BF%: 16.7
Lifting for: 4 years
I live in Lancashire, England. I am extremely sporty and highly motivated. I reached the development squad for the North England rugby team before I unfortunately tore my achilles. I then went on into boxing, which soon became my main sport. I am currently at university, and at my current weight, I am simply not tall enough to compete with 6 ft 3 fighters. Therefore, I am aiming to cut fat and drop to a lean and solid 75kgs. This will put me at the top of my weight category, in which I feel I will have much more success. SO…
My diet is pretty solid. 6 meals a day, 30g protein per meal, low carbs during the day, nil carbs in the latter parts of the day, increase healthy fats as carbs decrease. Protein in the form of lean chicken and protein shakes (may treat myself to a bit of red meat from time to time. nom nom)
The supplements I will be taking will be Clen and Animal Cuts (along with shakes of course).
(Shakes contain BCAA’s)
The way in which I will take clen is the usual 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. I have done this system before and it has produced some good results.
This is the dosing in which I shall take the clen:
Day 1-2: 80mcg
Day 3-8: 120mcg
Day 9-14: 160mcg
I will be taking taurine and vitamin-C to limit cramps and reduce tremors.
The animal cuts is simply 2 packs, 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch.
Here is the nutritional information for Animal Cuts:
My training routine will be:
Monday: Chest and Triceps + abs (HIIT after workout)
Tuesday: Back and Biceps (Continuous cardio after workout)
Wednesday: Legs + abs (no cardio - can barely walk after a session)
Thursday: High rep day - Active recovery - (HIIT after workout)
Friday: Shoulders + abs (Continuous cardio after workout)
Saturday and Sunday: Rest days (maybe light cardio)
Overall, I am aiming to reduce body fat, whilst maintaining lean muscle. In this log, I will note any changes in body figure, feelings, injuries, workouts and various other issues i may encounter along my cutting period. I will of course provide photos of my progress.
Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy following my cut as much as I will enjoy doing it.
Cheers.
LK.
