Advise Me/First Cycle

…And the resource kid trying to do a lat spread.

FVCK! Alright, thats embarrassing. So there it is. And those are exactly 6months ago today… See those are kind of like a looking at a different person. I think i weighed 205 in the pic. I weigh probably right at 200 now.

I put this up in the hope it will get some feedback. Annndddd it will. I was going to put some up of me as I am now but didnt have the time today. But i said i would put pics up, so… I did. FVCK! Thats a confidence boost. (Sarcasm) Hopefully i can have updated pics up tmrw so i wont be an eternal flame for posters! haha.

If your at 16% BF, then I’m @ 12%… and I’m not at 12%…

Yeah Im sorry man but youre not ready. The ~sign does not mean plus or minus 20%… Just my opinion man but id hold off for quite some time.

Im sorry to add, but I think you have alot more fat to lose before hitting a cycle of AAS, regardless of how long you have been around…your pics dont show that your body has much/enough training experience IMO.You could get some awesome results naturally, and I guess make more off the ASS once lean…This aint a flame, just an observation.

Hey gang. Srry to be gone for so long. And also I may have made my earlier posts a little unclear. The pictures that i put up were something like 6months back. And, what I was trying to say was it has been along time since those photos and i believe Im right around 16% now. In those pictures I was something like mid to high twenties. I had my body fat checked a week and half before the cycle and was ninteen. Im just guessing, but i would have say about 16. And so…
-But i do agree, i should have waited.

Week 5 or 6- idk? haha.
So it has been some time since my last update. I have got new pictures and will post them after the update… Things are going great. Not just in the gym. But in life in general. Its really cool, Im just diggin the feelings that im getting from the tes and dbol. Its like the dbol makes me happy. And the tes makes me appreciate things… And ive had more carbs then normall recently. Sooo, im in a good mood in case you cant tell. haha

I now have cycled out of the lactic acid phase of training, and starting the strength phase. Lifts are going great. My strength is just shooting through the roof. Although the other day i got an ego and had to do some bench. Umm, bad idea. My form was grotesque, and the weights i used crushed my confidence for the day. And on top of that, my shoulders felt shitty. So i had to take it easy on my shoulders for awhile.

O yea, I really like triceps injections into the long head. Like butter. Just remembered that.

Sometime soon, ill post a days activities with workout schedule, diet, and other goodies. I have just been crazy busy lately. I am fixing to get a nap. I wont be sleeping tonight, i have a final tmrw over… muscles in the body(I got that part) and the brain, its anatomy and functions. Fvcking fun i tell you. Well, until another day…

-Oh, another note, about the middle of last week i really began to notice that i was overtraining. So ive drastically cut cardio, took a few days, and upped food intake… I felt it coming on, and ive overtrained b4, but its like i could beleive i was overtraining on gear.

-Weight yesterday. 197. up 7.lbs from the beginning of the cycle. But am sure its all solid.

Srry the image is so shitty fellas. At the end i will for sure have some quality pics.

…And the side pose.

I hate to break it to you but at the current time it looks like you have little to no lifting experience based on these pics.

At this point in time your bodyfat levels are the least of your worries in considering AAS.

Please reconsider taking anything at all and put some time in the gym first.

You look like you may have jumped the gun with the AAS. I would look to some of the vets like Contrl, bush, or the fella above for any further advice (if they even bother to chime in on this…).

From these pics, all I can tell you is that you showed up to the horse race on a half dead mule.

I abso-fucking-lutely agree… you need to have some training age BEYOND what you d to think about AAS…

Apart from anything else, you simply will not get much from them, that i can promise.

Joe

Yes. To young. Yes. To soon… And yes. Im lovin it.

So, didnt get a lift in today. Didnt expect to either really. Finals began friday for me and ill probably be super busy until the following thursday. So, until then, the lifts will be short with mostly complex movements to maximize the time with all that ive got going on… Cardio is at an almost stand still… When planning the training I didnt even think about finals and workout schedule this last little part…

Soon i will be back home for the first summer, working on my own schedule. I cant wait. Time off from school, and time to get the diet perfect again and do a high frequency training… The only problem is that i will not have a access to a gym per say. I have dads old workout equipment. (In case anyones wondering, the bench is red. The wieghts are orange and gray. haha. Its rad really. haha) So the thing is i wont be able to lift heavy, and finish up the strength training accordingly. Theres just not enough weight in the set.

So, Im thinking i might be trying out crossfit with some heavy cardio. Whats everyones thoughts on crossfit? Anyone ever tried it?

Other notes:
Upped the tes. Something like 650 to 700 a week now. So my cycle will be a week or two shorter than originally planned. Thinking im going with the stasis taper with the SERM route.

Well, until another day.

This sounds like a jake’s cycle log all over again.

You really should wait man like all these guys have also said. You really don’t have a foundation at all. AAS is not a magic pill/bullet its just iceing on the cake after everything else has been in line and put together for quite some time.

This guy is ignorant as they get, funny cause it seems to be educated to a degree.

Thats me out, you can’t save them all… lol

DING DING DING give the man a prize he hits the nail on the head.
What happened to obtaining at least a good “base” before crossing over?!

So I believe I should address a few posts before I continue on with the regularly scheduled program…

I did haha. I know this. But, ima keep truckin. And i would very much like to hear from the established members of the board. I just believe they would say the similar things. “No base, too young.”

Thewannabe says:

Sir(But said like “hey! jackass.”) you become a respected member of this board with posts that are of quality… Have you read Jakes log? Im guessing not sir. Now, lets just forget that post and get along. What do you say?

Im not looking to become the hulk…Well, not over night anyways. haha. I know there is no “magic pill.” …My goals for this two and ahalf month cycle is to gain something like 10lbs. and shed some bodyfat.

Joe Joseph says:
“This guy is ignorant as they get, funny cause it seems to be educated to a degree.”

Haha. Thanks, i will take that as a compliment. And, I believe that describes me to a tee. Educated, but headstrong. haha… Dont give up on me brother, I really do enjoy the input that I am getting from you on this log.

So thx everyone for the constructive critism. Later tonight I will log today, and just a little more general information, but for now Im off. Until later.

You’ll gain your ten pounds, maybe more. You’ll probably even lose bodyfat. And definitely, you will feel great for it all.
Unfortunately, you’re treating steroids as a crutch. When the cycle ends you will stop making progress. You never took the time to learn your body or how to train. I hate to foreshadow, but your highs will be high and your lows very low. Get yourself together or you may find yourself in the middle of the never ending cycle.

The point is, you are NOT going to want to stop. Who here in this forum is saying, “Yea, I’m a fucking beast, I wish I could LOSE muscle mass because I’m so jacked from steroids.” I’ll tell you who, no one.

Everyone here, at least most of us, has gained muscle mass naturally for a while before even considering steroids. You will definitely hinder you’re ability to put on mass naturally if you keep up this cycle. Basically, you will not be as big as you would want to be if you start now, which you did.

I guess you are on your road already, but you will always look back at this day and say, “Fuck! I am too small with my 17.5” arms, I want 19" guns, but too bad I am on my 8th cycle and have spent a few grand. Only if I trained longer I could have gotten way better results." Not now, but eventually.

Thank you both for the input here. After reading your posts and doing some thinking, i think i will hold off for some time until my next cycle. I can see the good point both of you guys make on the natural base. So i will be holding off on the next for quite some time. But will still continue training just as hard off cycle as I am right now.

Now, on to today. Heading to the gym soon, probably going to do legs. Im thinkin thats what im in the mood for. And of course do the lifts that i do daily. Traps, chest, shoulders, and a little triceps. Ive done these daily for awhile now. And there really responding well… If i ever feel like i need a break from something for a day, i just dont do it. My shoulders are quickly becoming my best and biggest feature. Its just so easy to hit all the areas of the shoulder.

Other notes:
I really cant wait to be able to do a painless cardio session again. If its not my dbol giving me calf pumps, its the tes giving me back pumps… Grrr. The shit’s gets annoying.

Will try to post later this evening, but may not with another final tmrw. So, until another time…
