Advice: Training Schedule (Long Haul Trucking)

Advice… Long Haul Trucking (Coast to Coast)

I can carry bare minimum equipment. I have:

  1. Commercial folding pull up / dip station
  2. Kensui Pro Max Weighted Vest
  3. Resistance Bands
  4. 6 plates (45’s, 25’s, 10’s)

My goal is to hit gyms as often as possible and obviously diversify my schedule. I’ve been hitting the gym using a combo of weighted calisthenics, barbells, dumbells, and machines. Obviously, if I can find a gym with the right parking lot. I’ll be much better off. More options and cleaner showers. But I’m pretty well equipped if I’m unable to hit the gym.

Keep in mind this has to be kept to a bare minimum, can’t add any more equipment, and I’m advanced lifter. Started at 135 lbs. soaked. I’m currently 5’8" 192 - 197 lb fluctuation. My goal isn’t to build much more muscle being an advanced lifter, but to keep building a little at a time and maintain what I have.

I know some things could be tweaked. I may add Overhead Plate Lunges to the Wednesday / Saturday. But my goal is to keep those two days to where I’m able to work out 100% inside the truck.

Let me know if there’s anything I can tweak while keeping in mind it has to follow bare minimum for equipment and can’t add anymore.
