Well, I’ll concede on this one because it’s really not a necessity and it’s not that important anyway.
But if you assholes start telling him not to drink his milk, it’s gonna be war, you fucking hear me?

ok i really wish i never had heard that phrase. something about it just tweaks me wrong. if you dont cycle it can we not use the phrase “go on”. its not gear, relax. i personally dont waste my money on it because i never had anything noticable result of it. that said if he wants to try it why not.
oh and to the op. i would really, really, really want to see a written log of your daily diet before i believe your consuming 3000 calories. many a honest people have lied to themeselves on their calorie intake by guestimating numbers. write it down so you can be more sure in what your eating. that said if you really are consuming 3000 calories and busting your balls in the gym you’ll be fine without ANY supplements, expecially at your age.
edit: i guess i might have danced around the question. if you must take a supplement i personally would stick with whey in a periworkout shake(40g with some carbs) and possibly a shake in the morning if you dont have time for a real breakfast. (with some raw oats in it for carbs, mabey in some milk if you like milk, adding olive oil wouldnt be a bad idea either)
