I am 20 years old and supplement with Alpha Male. As an endurance athlete, my T-Levels are already at risk. This goes to show you that just being 20 years old doesn’t mean a sky high T-Level.
Put the Cell-Tech on the shelf and politely ignore it. It’s junk.
Take Power Drive 30 to 45 mins before your workout. Make sure you don’t take your protein too close to the Power Drive or it will mute the effects of the Tyrosine.
Take a serving of Surge sometime immediately before, during, or immediately after your workout. Really, whatever is most comfortable to you. Immediately before and/or during is probably best, but they all work.
Get a tub of plain creatine monohydrate. Look for the Creapure label. There are a bunch of brands, and brand really isn’t important. The important thing is to not get creatine that has all sorts of other crap in it (i.e. Cell-Tech). Take 5g of this creatine either in your Surge, or immediately after your work out.
HOT-ROX if you’re really trying to cut fat.
Here is the “if you can afford it” section. This stuff isn’t vital, it’s more like bonus. If you’re trying to build, use Carbolin 19 instead of HOT-ROX. Methoxy-7 is an excellent muscle-hardening lean-mass supplement that can be taken with everything else.
Don’t neglect your nutrition. Make sure you have a decent multi-vitamin (2-a-day is better than 1-a-day, simply because you’re spreading out the dose). More importantly, get lots of fish oil EPA/DHA. It’s generally recommended that the optimum dose is a combined 4g of EPA/DHA per day.
I’d strongly advise reading through the diet and nutrition articles on this site.
If you’re worried about testosterone levels, supplementing with Alpha Male wouldn’t hurt, but I think the point that many people are making is that, at your age, your testosterone should already be very high. If you go Alpha Male, don’t add M. Alpha Male already contains the main ingredients in M. However, if you’re really concerned about this, you can use M on the days you cycle-off Alpha Male (M doesn’t need to be cycled).
If you do Alpha Male, you should probably start with small doses and evaluate how it effects you. It’s possible you might not need it, and may see no real difference in your training while taking it.

Dude if dieting totally skip celltech. The carb to creatine ratio in it isnt something you look for while dieting down.
Use your celltech again when gaining. Besides that you look all set.[/quote]
I’d recommend keeping the Cell-Tech on the shelf, and just going to a double-dose of Surge while gaining. Or else keeping the single dose of Surge and just eating more food post-workout.

Taking Alpha Male, and other T boosters will do you more harm then good. Your body should already be producing tons of hormones, dont play with boosters as yet. That is not criticism it is help.
This is nonsense.
Why would it not be beneficial for someone 20 years of age to increase endogenous T production? Does anyone here even know what his T level is? Of course not, so it doesn’t make sense to continue with this myth that increasing endogenous T at his age is unproductive or even dangerous.
Besides, at least one of the university studies on TRIBEX showed a benefit with collegiate males.
Do you know what his hormone levels are? No. So what if his T, LH, etc levels are already above average? Why do you defend he use three different Test boosters? Cant he already like many other 20 year olds be in a stage of hormonal influx? He already said he is making good gains easily, why encourage him to take three different supplements all aimed at aiding his hormone production while he might not even have a deficiency in producing those hormones?

Just because guys in their late teens and early twenties have higher testosterone levels ON AVERAGE than other age groups doesn’t mean that all guys in this catagory have high T, nor does it mean that they won’t benefit from raising it higher.
Remember, while males in their late teens and early twenties have higher T levels as an age group, these levels are lower for this age group than they were twenty years ago. Many suspect this is due to enviromental estrogens.
As a result, it should come as no surprise that they’ll benefit from increasing endogenous testosterone production.
I have never seen anyone experience gyno or any other serious negative effect from elevating endogenous T production. You seem to be applying/confusing some of the side effects commonly associated with exogenous hormone use with using supplements like Alpha Male and TRIBEX.
