Advice for Weightlifters?

Hi Ct, first to thank for the quality information you have in the forum. I recently started to train weightlifter. I already have some experience and great loads on deadlift, squat, front squat, press. What advice would you give me to improve on weightlifter? Some tips, mobility, exercise assistance? Currently training 3x week.
