Hey, everyone!
So it’s been a week since I first started working out for-real, using all the advice and routines you’ve all suggested. I did see a change on the scale this week, though whether I weighed myself incorrectly last week or it all being water weight, I’m not sure.
I did start a Training Log in case any of you want to follow along. I’ll be posting there for a good majority of my fitness journey.
I’m hoping that I can keep with this regimen, start switching things up little by little, and eventually get to my goals by September (or at least close to them). We shall see! ![]()
