Ok, so I’m starting on a meal plan for fat loss and the one below is the one I made and would like to ask you some advice. Here I’m starting on a 2200 calorie plan and would like to see how often should I cut down on calories or increase my exercise. Should I be dropping like 200 per 2 weeks or how many.
Also should I be cutting out the carbs or be taking the calories off all three macronutrients. At the moment I’m weightlifting 5 times a week for 1 hour and swimming 500 meters each day. Also if there would be any improvements I can make on my eating plan please feel free to tell me.
