I am very interested to add a wine-pasta-sweets-from-every-source-mf*cheat-meal, but my concern is about its frequency.
So, I kind ask you guys: what frequency? week or each 15 days?
Given the macros you laid out, I don’t think there is a metabolic reason to have a cheat meal. Thus, in theory you could go forever without one. However, you are clearly jonesing for a break from the psychological deprivation produced by your diet.
Given that cheat meals are serving a psychological, not metabolic, function in your diet, the answer to your question is ‘as infrequently as you can tolerate.’ So, if it’s the case that you’re going to fall off the diet-wagon if you go longer than a week without a cheat meal, then by all means have one every week. But if you can go 10 days, 15 days, a month–all the better.

I don’t count my macro so precisely but I’m pretty strict on my diet.
I usually cheat when I just can’t take it anymore. I’ll have a double meat hamburger,no cheese. It’s usually about once every 3 weeks. After I have it, I get back on the program.
