Address Format When Shipping to China?

I have to ship a small package to China. Wondering if anyone knows the correct way to format the mailing address. I have seen a few ways and do not want to risk it being lost. I called USPS and they were useless.

I’ve never tried to ship anything to or from China from the US.

What I do know is that shipping rates are insane and it might not be worth it
