I’m sure you’re aware that the forum on your ThibArmy site has had a lot of spam on it lately. I’m not sure if it will help, but I’d suggest to your marketing team trying to add something like Recaptcha or a similar bot inhibitor to the signup page. It may help cut down on that clutter.
