Added MK-677 to TRT. Has It Changed Your Test/E2 Levels?

I’m loving the changes to outter body, but not sure of INSIDE the body until bloodwork in 6 weeks. Any insights, bros?

Very interested in MK-677. How long have you been on? What improvements have you seen?

8 weeks taking TWO, 15mg pills before bed, for a total of 30mg a day. They say 25mg is all you need but couldn’t find any or combination to exactly match it so I went for 30mg combo, instead of undercutting with 20mg.

Waist smaller by 3 inches and muscles more defined everywhere. I sleep really well too and dreams are sometimes a terrific side effect. LOL Good shit.

I have some liquid. Haven’t started taking it yet. I am interested in the claimed recovery/healing properties. It tastes horrible. I can see pills being a better option. I noticed some mk677 caps contain melatonin and various vitamins to help with sleep and absorption.

Yuck… try putting it in a glass of iced tea or plain old water. LOL

Just put it in a rockstar or Gatorade. Won’t even taste it.

Looking forward to reading what your IGF-1 is. That will be the real tell.
Did you know your IGF-1 before taking Ibutamoren?

My IGF was very low with pre T labs with defy. They even said if after 3 mos on T that IGF is still low then they will put me on something similar to what you’re taking or maybe same thing. Can’t remember. I would love to try it. I hear you get super hungry.

Very individual. Yes, some get super hungry but they also LIFT HEAVY. I didn’t notice a big increase in hunger, a slight one but manageable.

Guess nobody has bloodwork results showing something could tip off my urologist that I’m taking something he didn’t script? Any ideas it could screw me if I don’t stop?

Defy will put you on Sermorelin or Ipamorelin they are peptides. It depends on your age. It is not a pill it will be shots.

He would have to test for IGF-1 (an know your base level) or growth hormone, also known as somatotropin. They usually don’t test for either unless you ask. Hell most doc’s won’t test for SHGB or E2.

How do you feel? E2 wise.

I’m interested to see where this goes. Don’t know much about this, but am looking for possible additions to TRT always.

I feel nothing negative with a high Estradiol of 192 pmol/L H 40-160.

I’m in Ottawa , Ontario Canada though so who knows what my true E2 is…

I have been using 30 mg. liquid per night for 8 weeks. I will tell you, the first few weeks my appetite was insatiable and I would eat 10k calories no problem. Luckily, that wore off when I started dosing before bed. I take it with 10mg. Melatonin.

Also, sleep was incredible! I am a chronic insomniac and I was sleeping like a baby for the first month. 7 hours straight through when I usually sleep 5-6 hours with at least 3 get up and piss trips. The stuff was really working in these depts. Some slight swelling in the wrists but nothing compared to real GH. The fat was coming off and I was not working out at all. Dropped from 29.45% to my current 25.6%. And my body weight reflected it with about a 10-12 lb. drop. (not working out though).
Then, after a good month, my sleep started to return to its normal schedule. My hunger is under control and I typically follow a intermittent fasting type of diet as I am just not hungry in the morning. Coffee and maybe a protein shake in water.
So, something is happening with this product. I decided to add the IGF test to my June blood test order. Here are my disappointing results after a month or so. I did not have a baseline so nothing to compare with. Perhaps it takes a few months to go north.

Test Name Result Flag Reference Range Lab
IGF 1, LC/MS 173 50-317 ng/mL 01
Z SCORE (MALE) 0.5 -2.0 - +2.0 SD 01

Not sure what the Z Score is but I included it. I am going to finish what I have (two weeks worth) and then mix up a new batch and take a few weeks off.

How old are you. IGF-1 is very age specific.
18-22 years: 91-442 ng/mL

23-25 years: 66-346 ng/mL

26-30 years: 60-329 ng/mL

31-35 years: 54-310 ng/mL

36-40 years: 48-292 ng/mL

41-45 years: 44-275 ng/mL

46-50 years: 40-259 ng/mL

51-55 years: 37-245 ng/mL

56-60 years: 34-232 ng/mL

61-65 years: 33-220 ng/mL

To get your pituitary gland to make the most HGH you need an IGF-1 500-600ng/mL like when you were changing from boy to man.
11 years: 79-506 ng/mL

12 years: 84-551 ng/mL

13 years: 90-589 ng/mL

14 years: 95-618 ng/mL

15 years: 99-633 ng/mL

16 years: 104-633 ng/mL

17 years: 107-615 ng/mL

I am 55 so I guess 173 is not too bad. Upper normal. Take a break, go back for 8 weeks and have it tested again.
