Good question

3650 cal

375 prot

300 carbs

106 fat about

Isnt that enough protein already?

Carbs make me bloated so on nonworkout days the cal go down but fat goes up and carbs cut in half. I feel better on those days so i think i am not a carb person.

I dont know what to tell you maybe you should get your testosterone levels tested and look into HRT.

Eat more meat. See if it helps.

I will give that a try, thanks
. Are we talking specifically red meat or are you suggesting any meat?

Can you explain why you think that this may help , is it that it raises t-levels?

My biggest problem with meat is first red meat, I can never find it very lean.

I also have trouble eating all the calories but certain things like cottage cheese, nat pb, shakes i can get down a lot easier than say the fish, chicken, tuna.

BTW Pretty sure t-levels are lower than average. I look a lot younger than my age, I get comments about it all the time. Pretty nice now that I am older but young face, soft skin, not very hairy, I am guessing that it could be signs of low testerone. I dont think I would take anything even if doctor prescribed if it would affect the young part or the hair

Damn I sound like a girl, definitely low t-levels !

I think of women’s vaginas daily. Who knew this was wrong? Thank you for showing me the light.

You’re wasting your time. This guy (Professor X) has the reading comprehension and attention span of a two year old. He didn’t get it then, he won’t get it now.

Do feel depressed, lack energy, lack aggression, get libido often?

Sirloin is fairly lean. Salmon and other fish are great.

I have no scientific evidence to back this up, but I dont think much progress can be made without ingesting some sort of dead animal.

Once again, thats just my opinion, but I havent seen anyone who go big eating only dairy and peanut butter as their primary sources of protein.

Well the only thing I get depressed over is that I cant build a better body

No energy is fine and libido is decent.

I agree , I would say on average of my 8 meals a day

4 are meat or eggs (chicken, tuna, fish, )

2 are shakes (whey or egg white protein powder) Whey around workout, egg white nonworkout days

2 are cottage cheese and/or fat free yogurt.

I will try to add one more meat meal to the mix. I am too anal about the diet part. In college I was bigger but always higher bf (I would guess high teens). I just drank a lot of weight gainer shakes back then so I would get the calories but with a bunch of sugar and not nearly as good as I eat now.

Since then I have always been overly concerned with gaining too much fat and I have tried to really eat big about 4 times since college and everytime I got puffy face, oversized bulky chest and belly fat and how stopped. The face part is the harderst because I look completely different when that happens.

The one thing I can figure out though is that my arms though have always gotten bigger in the past when I gained weight even though I am at least as strong now as I was then. They never looked great (bulky not cut at all) since I was heavier but I still would get comments about my arms and chest.

I always thought I could get that size but its not working out that way.
