AD Diet Recipes

What sort of recipes do you use while on the diet?

Here is a good one that I just invented:

Take 1/8 pound cheese (Swiss, Muenster, etc.) and 1/8 pound ham.

Place on a plate and layer them. Then take some mayo and mustard and spread in the middle of it. Proceed to roll it up and eat! You will be surprised at how good a breadless sandwich tastes! Also instead of chips, eat the “wrap” with a bag of pork rinds. You can also add veggies to the sandwich.

Here is another one of mine:

Take a few pieces of genoa salami and spread cream cheese in the middle fold up and eat.

My wife has been making me a lot of meat dishes topped with seasoning mixes that are pretty good also.

Any more ideas?

A proven idea. Brooks Kubik used to recommend slabs of meat and cheese between two slices of bread.

I used this while on.

20oz water
3 tbl spoons olive oil
2 scoop protein powder.

Slam quickly, wash down throat with more water.

Anabolic Glop for Work:

3/4 pound ground beef
8 oz. canned salmon with bones and water
6 whole boiled eggs
1 large stalk of celery
a few big leaves of my wife’s homegrown greens
2 large cloves of garlic
a couple cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup raw oats
3 tbsp EVOO
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 Twinlab multi vitamin capsule open and powder poured in
1 Twinlab multi mineral capsule open and poured in
Enough water to make it a bit thicker than baby food in the food processor.

Eat 3 times at work with 2 fish oil caps each time.

Ultimate Peanut Butter

OK, here’s one I made for my daughter that is great for us too, within reason. The dollar store at the end of my street has these (I think 12 0z.) cans of “Reggie Jackson” peanuts. Ingredients = peanuts and salt. I pour the whole can into the food processor (yes I love that thing). Start it up on high and let it go until the they start to form a blob.

Throw in a heaping tablespoon of real unsalted butter, a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a packet of splenda.

Start it back up on high and drizzle in EVOO, slowly until it just starts to thin up. You have to stop it and use a spatula to work it off the sides and bottom every 30 seconds or so until you can see what the consistency is.

It takes a little while to get the buttery consistency so be patient. If needed drizzle in more EVOO until it’s a bit thinner than you want it. When you refrigerate it it will thicken.

I do not eat for taste but this shit will have you never wanting to see a store bought jar of PB again. Unbelievable. My 11 year old daughter would spoon feed herself the entire thing if I didn’t take it away, not to mention the fact that it’s great nutrition. I’m going to try some chocolate whey in it next.

That actually looks pretty good. How are you cooking the ground beef?

I just fry it up slow in a pot by itself. Honestly it’s just for convenience. beats trying to take everything with me and then eat it seperately. It won’t win me any culinary awards. It does digest really well though.

Water, ice, 2 scoops strawberry or banana Metabolic Drive, frozen brocholli florets from sam’s club, fish and olive oil, heavy whipping cream, flax meal. Blend.

Here’s a dip that I made that tasted pretty good:

8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. canned salmon
lime juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion.

Combine all and mix. Use with pork rinds or celery.

My sentiments exactly. Function over beauty (or taste) baby.

Cho Up Oatmeal

Amounts of everythng can vary:

I heat a 50/50 mix of skim milk and water in a large pot, say a few cups until hot, but not boiling.

Add enough oats to make it way too thick.

Add a lotta raisins

Cook like normal, stirring often until it’s about done.

Turn off heat, cover and let sit while doing the next part.

Put another coupla few cups of milk in a blender with whatever amount of whey you want.

Add 1/2 cup dry/soaked and cooked beans.

Add a small sweet potato and a small regular potato (I like the red ones)

Medium Banana

Medium apple (without core :-]

A few tablespoons of Ultimate Peanut Butter above. (almost forgot)

A tbsp of flax meal

1 tbsp EVOO

2 tbsp black strap molasses

1 heaping tbsp cinnamon

Howver much Splenda you want or none.

Vitamins and minerals like in the glop, open and pour in

Blend until creamy and thick

Pour over the oatmeal, which is by now like concrete, and mix with a stiff implement until consistent. Swith arms for an even pump (I’m not kidding)

Slowly reheat.

Calorie dense, quality carbs and actually really good. Obviously there’s a galaxy of variations possible.

Getting hungry just reading these!

Best one I’ve found so far. Get a chicken breast. Slice in half (horizontally). Layer baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes, smoked cheese and bacon followed by more baby spinach onto the bottom piece. Put top piece on. Wrap in aluminum foil. Cook in oven. Just before done, open up aluminum foil and put some Parmesan cheese on.

Try adding garlic, chili or even wholegrain mustard to experiment.

Tasty
