Great progress, and congrats on pulling 600! I like the approach you take by using weights far below your max and doing a bunch of singles. I have a tendency to try to max out every session, and while it’s working so far, I’ll hit a wall sooner or later. I think once I plateau I will switch to something more similar to what you are doing, as it clearly works.

Hey, man, it’s been awhile since I’ve drifted over to your log. Glad to see your back is feeling better.
It seems that I’ve seen the same concept several times as people start planning for 2018 - - - pick one goal and pursue it.
I looked up the Daily Dose program after seeing you reference it. Have you tried that with squats or do you think it’d work?
I’m just curious. It’s another thing to add to my list of possibilities for the latter half of 2018.
