New thing today. A couple of the elliptical machines are out of order, so in keeping with my theme of “just do something active” on the non-key-lifting days, tried a different cardio modality. Expecting a little weird soreness tomorrow in the knees or quads - just hit different than I’m used to!

Had to work out a bit early today, and my back was a little cranky (felt a bit of twinge on last rep of deadlifts yesterday). So I did a little extended warmup (5 sets of 2 each at 155 and 185). By the end my back started to loosen up - I think the low box squat with an SSB is just a terrific movement.
