Just went with the flow today. Weather was good (warm), so I had the garage door open, after 10 singles at 315 I was feeling nice and strong and decided to just crank it up to 5 plates. Think this is my first time pulling 495 in 2024. Goal is to keep doing that while getting a little bit leaner (I know…I say this every year)
