Lifted after the kid went to bed tonight so I had a little extra time and decided to do some extra reps at 405. If I had more time in my life, I think this is about the workout I would like to do five or six days a week - felt really good tonight on that rep at 495.

Callus is finally healed enough to do high rep kettlebell snatches again. I was getting a little ragged towards the middle of the workout, so for the last few sets I tried to really focus and do “10 good reps” in each window rather than blasting through for speed.
