Was dead last set, This gym I lifted at in Bham had a Hammer Strength Leg Press which had room for around 36-40 45 plates. the 6 at 30 (15 each side) was not bad, just tired from lots of squat this session and this week. Will prob dick around next week and try to load it up -.-

Sheiko #29 has made me incredibly comfortable with benching my 80-85% and Squatting my 80-85%. I have not even asked someone to stand behind me the entire cycle for squats, and only randomly ask people for lift offs on bench. I really enjoy the training style.

Found a new way to set up bench, was great for leg drive.

Not really, just trying to spread the floor more, also got new wraps so this past session was awkward since they are not broken in.
