Thank you! I’ve had to postpone training, so I hadn’t logged in here for a few days. I’m needing some direction, and your statement about tier training sounded like what I need right now.

I’m not following it now, but I kept the 1, 3, and 5RM approach for squat and deadlift. I like it. I always work hard on one set and then it’s over.
