Acai Berry?

I have heard that acai berry is a very powerful antioxidant. I saw some pills at wal-mart that were supposed to be acai berry. I wonder if that would have the same effects as eating acai berry’s, which can’t be found here in the U.S.

You can get pure acai pulp at wholefoods, wegmans, or robeks.

It is high in antioxidants. And through dumb luck, I stumbled onto it at Whole Foods Market one day in the frozen food section. It comes in smoothie packs, and there are great addition to all shakes – get the one labeled “Pure Acai” – it has 0 sugar. Here is the link to the brand:

I thought acai berries had omega-3’s? Weird how that label doesnt list them.
