The investigator who filmed it was working for Mercy For Animals, not PETA, and the video includes beatings by the owner of the farm where the abuse took place.
The other dude on the video has 12 counts of animal abuse charged against him.
Cows are stupid animals that are only bred for milk, beef and leather. Anything that PETA says on any subject gets tossed right out the window.

I worked on a farm where I never seen this. Cause a happy animal was a profitable animal. But there were times when you had to assert your dominance or else you might get really really hurt. A good kick always worked wonders. Just enough to hurt a bit …not to torture. It was always the bores that start shit and wanna kill you.
