A1. Squat: 5 reps @ 120,145,175 (warmup), 5 reps @ 190,220, 10 reps @ 250
B1. Sled Drag: 4 sets @ sled + 45 (1 set = running down parking lot and back)
C1. Leg Curl: 3 sets x 12 reps @ 210,225,240
