First workout that has made me puke in a long time. Sleds destroy you.

A1. Squat: 5 reps @ 120,145,175 (warmup), 5 reps @ 190,220, 10 reps @ 250
B1. Sled Drag: 4 sets @ sled + 45 (1 set = running down parking lot and back)
C1. Leg Curl: 3 sets x 12 reps @ 210,225,240

My friend puked when he got to his car. I puked up my entire shake when I got home and sat down to type this hah.

A1. Overhead Press: 5 reps @ 65,80,95, 5 reps @ 100,120, 9 reps @ 135 (w00t)
B1. Assisted Pullups: 5 sets x 10 reps @ 130 assist (I know I suck)
C1. Overhead Press Lockouts: 5 sets x 10 reps @ 95,105,115,135,150
D1. Shrug Machine: 2 sets x 20 reps @ 140,160
