Well technically I’m not changing my name…this is my real name. Ritchie Rocket is an old soccer nickname I was using.

PROGRESS REPORT


After 2 weeks of bulking and one week (more like 6 days) of cutting i weight 1.7 pounds more and am a bit leaner (not much, but enough to me and other people notice).
So far i’m very pleased with this diet plan, it’s a lot easier to be on a calorie restricted diet for one or two weeks than for twelve weeks straight .
I ate 1800-2000 calories when cutting (4 days Keto, 3 days lower protein-100-130g and higher carb-100 g) and 4000 for bulking (27%P,30%C,43%F- 50%mono,25 poly,25sat). I used HST and also did 3 20-30 minutes sessions of cardio, one of them on an empty stomach (had to try it!)

I’m now starting another 2 weeks of bulking followed by one more week of cutting.
