so i changed over to abbh I today. haha, that was the shortest workout EVER… 30’ and i was done.
was a refreshing change, that’s for sure.

Stick with it! And make sure you do it as written. Use heavy weights and the short rest periods. If you are eating correctly and following the program, you will make awesome gains.
I’m sure you’ll be tempted to do more since your workouts are now shorter than you’re accustomed to, but don’t do it! Resist the temptation. If anything, do some GPP or sprinting on off days (not too much - 15-20 minutes).
You’ll grow quickly, and you don’t want to mess up your progress by trying to do too much.
And since you love training your biceps, be sure to only do as Chad recommended for the extra armwork.
hmm, yeah, was short and effective. brought a stop watch along as wel, and kept it short. couldn’t help it, had to do some forearm work though
