In the past you have had ab blitz’s in the ballpark of 12-16 sets, loaded and unloaded. Recently with the layers you have shortened it up with 5-minute work…which I like much better.
Is this because you feel abs get plenty of core stim through the other power lifts, where the lower volume works just as well?

Could be. Also to the fact that over the years I did build very solid abs and do not want to make them that much “bigger” so I do not need the same amount of stimulation.
