Or, you could have a diet that is as locked in as World1187, and have single digit body fat for that reason alone. I, unfortunately, would never fall into his category, for discipline reasons alone! Yes, I’m jealous, so what.
Yeah, I never really have done much cardio except when I was in the military I did more cardio than lifting. Now since I am re-entering I am training for it already-- so lots of cardio, mainly swimming and running. All sorts of body weight exercises too-- pushups, pullups, situps, all that good stuff.
I am weighing right around 205 right now and want to cut it down to 190. Yeah I’ll lose some muscle, but I’ll also be much lighter and look that much harder.
To the OP, do the cardio man. You’ll be glad you’ve always done it when you have to since it won’t be such a bitch then.

I would definitely prefer doing some swimming as part of my cario regime though I was once told that it wasn’t great for bodybuilders… that bodybuilders should stick to treadmill and bicycle. What does your cardio regime look like, World?

I run 3 times a day, my longest run is in the afternoon and is 4-7 miles. Morning I do 2-4, and evening I do 3-5.
During early morning or mid afternoon I will swim .5km to 1.25 km.
That’s basically it. I don’t time myself either, I just do it and it gets easier every time.
