A Very Special Episode of PT

Thanks Dan, and I’ll definitely let you know how these go. I’ve tried a few CrossFit workouts and I like the ones that combine a lift and a 400. Well, perhaps I shouldn’t say “like.” It’s more an issue of we have a treadmill and running on it non-stop is boring, but adding an exercise in between intervals makes it less so. I’d run outside but I’m heavy and the pounding would probably be too tough on the joints. For long, slow cardio I prefer a bike ride or something that’s fun. Running is work.
