A Very Serious Joke

SO, the water weight from the cortef is gone YAY!

I feel physically very very well though I do get SUPER lightheaded like more than ever (this is an ongoing thing with me my whole life I have very low blood pressure)

But no more CRAZY fatigue so I’m on the right path and the scale is moving so SOMETHING is happening.

Still *officially * starting the cut 2/1 but fixing the gym schedule NOW to

1:BP
2:Squat
3:Cardio
4:OHP
5:DL
6:Cardio
7:OFF

More deets on bodycomp changing on Wednesday.

So…

You’re watching Game of Thrones?
My multiquote skillz is lackin today!

I actually don’t even get any movie channels. I try to only watch complete garbage.

I LOVED the books though and am enjoying some of the images from the series.

QUEEN OF MY HEART! I am officially twice your size.

I shall carry you like a baby and cuddle you and kiss you and love you FOREVAH!
Can I get in on this? I’m not nearly as light as Maschy, but you’re strong!

exciting stuff…I can feel your T3 ENERGY through the COMPUTER like HELLA!!!

I get the light-headed thing. It’s a pain. I am not on anything though. My BP is normal-ish but on the lower side of that but I have my share of grey-outs under certain circumstances.

Glad your bloat is gone - what a relief! Wish my bloat would go - unfortunately I can’t blame it on water retention.

OMG MILFKinds its AMAZING how different I feel physically this week compared to what was it GAWD Just ONE WEEK AGO? RLY? Incredible. It must’ve been two weeks ago. I’m on the 200mg of T3 now and the CORTEF. Gawd that shit is amazing!

Apparently my adrenals were fucked. The intensity of my lifting program was part of it, but the main component is stress. I have had alot of emotional stress for probably the last two years dealing with my mother’s health and mental health issues. It has been hard. This last year there was another component added that had me under a ton of anxiety on a daily basis. Its just not a healthy way to live.

My Doctor reminded me today that I need to protect myself from that as much as possible. Its hard yanno I think of myself like a fucking savage warrior soldier… but I might really just be a cupcake that likes things to be nice… and needs lift to be as pleasant as possible.

Its up to me to know what I can handle and what I can’t. I’m the only one that pays the price, can’t rely on any one else to protect me.

MY WHOLE life that lightheaded when I stand up thing has happened but it is definately more intense now I mean I have to lean over to get my head down half the times I stand up. LAME.

The water weight is mostly gone. I’m still holding some for sure so its hard to accurately assess the final results of this Winter Dreamer Bulk. I’m hoping to get officially going tomorrow with results and “official” start of my Spring Cut.

Hal…it actually took me a good while to come up with something to say to you about that avi of yours. Still have nothing. Stupified is what your pic has made me. Damn…

Yeah, mine ranges from about 98/60 to 110/70. I get dizzy sometimes, but my poor father has passed out more than once getting out of bed.

The low BP could be why your doctor told you to up your salt intake  Glad to hear you’re feeling like wonderwoman again!

Well now I feel small K…

Thanks.

So I can’t really tell, are you excited to start cutting again? Is it like OMGF FINALLY YES, let’s get LEAN MUTHA F****?

Or are you like, damn, less food kinda sucks, ha-ha.

I am just starting to bump up my calories and I am excited about the MORE FOOD=awesome concept…

Routine looks fun though! I have squat day before my bench day. I think I like getting the leg shit done and outta the way so I can enjoy the upper body day that follows it more…

I really truly rarely rage. I’m a Dragon so sometimes I need to breathe my fire… but it passes SO QUICKLY and is gone gone gone forever like a thunderstorm.

Yep thats about like mine! But this lightheadedness DOES have something to do with the adrenal stuff for sure I read something when I was reading on the water retention something about something about something.

SEE I SMART AND HELPFUL!
PixieThrower wrote:

I’ve ALWAYS gotten the “as much salt as you want” thing from Docs… the salt in water for the water retention was something particular to Cortef though. Just regular old water seems to be working… which is complete hideosity as water is the LAST thing you will typically find me drinking.

DAFUKK.
I has been working on this RussianPeaking CuddleCarrying program for YEARS and haven’t even gotten to a smidge of the hyooojosity that will be required to carry you as I desire. You are the pinnacle of CuddleCarry and my lifetime PR Goal.

OH I AM BEYOND READY. I am ENORMOUSITYHYOOJENESS and have been off the food for AWHILE. Its just a matter of “can I” lose fat or not. Its all T3 dependant really. The good news is I’m sure I CAN and I’m dieting and doing the cardio and hitting the lifting intesely ANWAY because I FEEL WELL. I HAVe had the experience of dieting and exercising and not losing but I don’t think that will happen to me again.

Anticipate official cut deets tomorrow a.m. I wanna wash my hair for my before pic! LOL.
Diet has been pretty low cal hella low carb for a few days/week now. back on the cardio and feeling physically SUPERB. SO FAWKIN READY TO GO. I mean, this is bodybuilding. I WANNA SEE WHAT I BUILT!
