OMG MILFKinds its AMAZING how different I feel physically this week compared to what was it GAWD Just ONE WEEK AGO? RLY? Incredible. It must’ve been two weeks ago. I’m on the 200mg of T3 now and the CORTEF. Gawd that shit is amazing!
Apparently my adrenals were fucked. The intensity of my lifting program was part of it, but the main component is stress. I have had alot of emotional stress for probably the last two years dealing with my mother’s health and mental health issues. It has been hard. This last year there was another component added that had me under a ton of anxiety on a daily basis. Its just not a healthy way to live.
My Doctor reminded me today that I need to protect myself from that as much as possible. Its hard yanno I think of myself like a fucking savage warrior soldier… but I might really just be a cupcake that likes things to be nice… and needs lift to be as pleasant as possible.
Its up to me to know what I can handle and what I can’t. I’m the only one that pays the price, can’t rely on any one else to protect me.

I get the light-headed thing. It’s a pain. I am not on anything though. My BP is normal-ish but on the lower side of that but I have my share of grey-outs under certain circumstances.
Glad your bloat is gone - what a relief! Wish my bloat would go - unfortunately I can’t blame it on water retention.[/quote]
MY WHOLE life that lightheaded when I stand up thing has happened but it is definately more intense now I mean I have to lean over to get my head down half the times I stand up. LAME.
The water weight is mostly gone. I’m still holding some for sure so its hard to accurately assess the final results of this Winter Dreamer Bulk. I’m hoping to get officially going tomorrow with results and “official” start of my Spring Cut.
