so you guys were outlaws or exiles of some sort. (Aquarius being the Outlaw, the Exile, the Truth Speaker) possibly involving a degree of public noteriety due to it being at the 29th degree.
check the house position for clues as to the nature of the exile. 4th house = exile from the family/country, 5th House = for purposes of romance/self-expression, 6th house = something to do with health, etc.
check the house position of the Uranus ruler for the third clue.
Then try to craft a coherent narrative incorporating the synastry between your two respective charts.
