It’s true, your determination is unstoppable if you can handle Animal Pak 
I take these daily, but man they can be hard to get down, I use a full pint glass of water for the pak. I think they are directly responsible for filling my bladder twice because of the extra water intake
I down them anyway, I do think they are a good vitamin/mineral supplement. Maybe Biotest will come out with something someday (hint hint).
