You’ll enjoy it. Its the Anti-Sex and the City 2.
oh I have no option I will see the flick. Just wanted to see what he thought of it anthe Mr. T character. It’s pure action from what I read about it so I’m down.
There is no Mr. T character, it is B.A., back in the old days Mr. T (a.k.a. Laurence Tureaud) played B.A., no one plays Mr. T besides Mr. T.
Yes my mistake. For not explaining better. I did mean the character Mr. T created. Because I could care less what the writers wrote. That character was all Mr.T.
And from the trailers it seemed that was what Jackson was doing, MR.T
although it could only be the clips were giving a nod to the old series with a catch Frase either way cool.
It’s like if I was handed a script that read.
"Sergent from an elite Ranger division. Master Mechanic, can make any thing out of anything. Afraid to fly. Extremly Bad Attitude.
And all I see when I do my lines is- “Be Mr T”
to be honest I’m cool with either one. When I read 4 reviews and each one said. Non stop Action!

Not that this proves whether the movie is any good or not, but I do have to say that the actor playing Mr T was absolutely pathetic in his appearance on Monday Night Raw.
Not a guy I’d want to spend 90 minutes watching.

You do know that Rampage Jackson isn’t an actor - I believe this is his first acting gig. He got famous fighting in Pride FC in Japan and now in the UFC.
This is the first movie I’ve seen where they mention Rangers. Outstanding.

Didn’t you see Con Air?

Ok, they mentioned Army Ranger once or twice in the beginning of the movie. Once you watch the movie, you’ll see how much they talk about Rangers.
For sure Wol, your review is very accurate. And certainly a stronger Ranger theme in this one. Thought they brought the past and present together very well in this one. Certainly beats the pants off Persia and Robin Hood for this year’s action flicks.
Saw it last night and simply have to say this movie rocked! For comedic action, great flick. Really kept the spirit of the series alive with the interactions of the characters.
I was glad to read it came in a very distant second as far as opening weekend money. The Karate Kid walloped it by about $30 million. Burn Hollywood burn.
I saw the movie and it was great. Very funny, with some clever parts and lots of wacky action. I like that there’s more action than is shown in the trailer. The trailer pretty much just shows the tank in the Herc part.
If you saw the trailer and if it looked like your kind of movie, then I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
I know i am SUPER LATE but I just saw this movie on a whim and GOD DAYUM!! This was a good fucking movie, action packed, funny, characters true to the series, explains why B.A. was a afraid of flying. It was fucking awesome, even the girl I took loved it and she is into art house chatty movies. See it, And then join the army afterwards cuz I think it could also double as a 2hr army recruitment film. Shit was gawd damn epic.
