I like all the characters, even the female character is cool. I like the pacing of the movie, the violence, the graphics, the setting, the dialogue, and the lack of estrogen. Best movie I’ve seen this year so far. I plan to see it 2 or 3 more times.

I completely agree! I especially liked how they “paid tribute to Arnold” (not gonna spoil anything, you have to see it!). It was smart, and stuck to its roots established in the original predator. F’in AWESOME!
I’m gonna pretend there is no such thing as Predator 2, AVP and AVP2. This in my head should have been the only sequel.

See, the thing is you’re not supposed to treat a movie like Predators as a serious piece of film. The character development, cinematography, and plot are largely irrelevant. You don’t actively watch it like you would Children of Men. You watch it like you would Shoot 'Em Up.

Ok Im not reading too much about the movie cause I dont want to know what happens till I see it tomorrow but I saw a TWO things that I REALLY LIKED…
That the chick in the previews that says that she is “black ops” isnt in the military. I’m glad that made her a CIA spy/sniper whatever. Would have ruined it if she was supposed to be in the military.
That the director said he chose the characters he did because “you cant compete with Arnold” so he just tried to take it another direction because he knew no one could contend with arnolds predator roll. I really liked that. Smart guy

I have not seen it, I will do so in the next few days. I’ve heard from reviews, and from some friends as well, that the script is terrible, and it starts off good but somewhere turn the middle it just seems to die off. I’ll see for myself.
