Training house with barbell so i do deadlift 50 kilo max, i don’t have more for the moment, soon i hope.

I had two dumbbell also, stuff for dips, stuff for push up.

Elastic bands

I thinking about make a how gym with my brother for 2 k

also it is good to stretch before work, maybe i can find a stretch for make my back warm when iam in the work i dont know

Personally I would go easy on direct lower back work and just get your core ultra strong from all angles.
Try this guys stuff as a finisher to your workouts…

Also look up Dan John’s articles/programs on loaded carries especially moves like one-arm waiter’s walks

I got a harness for cheap, and train yesterday with that, i use 10 kilo, good sensation i feel my neck this morning :woman_in_manual_wheelchair:, i will see after 2 month if my neck get a good mass also, only work the back for the volume is enough, i had some doubt for that, will see after a time but the feeling is really good

Ok if i get, i can add some exercises of this video in my abs training, i will try to make a rotation of exercices

The exercises look great, many of them I use in my workouts. In general, I have noticed that a lot of people turn to this very problem, and it’s hard enough to correct.
