If you are referring to the squat warm ups, I make big jumps so that I wont wear out warming up.

See the thing about Fayetteville is that it is located right in the middle of the mountains, so it is always getting crazy weather due to the fronts coming over the mountains. 100+ degrees in the summer, ice storms that knock the city out for 2 weeks in the winter

They were tough, I had em set lower than I ever had. Usually I would set em so that it was mainly a lockout movement, last night I had it almost right off my chest.
