My leg workouts the last 2 days were pretty rough and I’ve got alot of stuff to do today including a sled workout. Also since it is labor day weekend I have to work 40+ hours today through Monday. I will do my workouts as planned but may not be on the computer enough to update my log. Weight today is 181 lbs though and I feel stronger and that I recover faster since I started on the Anaconda Protocol.
